“Change It Up” is a monthly interactive discussion group for queer men on a variety of topics focusing on topics to improve your quality of life. A combination of psycho-educational presentations paired with a process group. This will also be a positive opportunity for social engagement and community building for participants.
Instructor: Brent Heinze has been a therapist for 13 years with an emphasis on working with non-traditional relationships and gay men. Brent holds a bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Colorado College and a master’s degree in clinical counseling from University of Northern Colorado. Brent published “Redefining Normal: A modern gay man’s guide to happy and healthy living” in 2016 that explores topics relating to gaining success in relationships while improving self-esteem and self-confidence.
When: Second Tuesday of each month - 6:00 to 8:00 pm
