Help us to Feed our Clients' Feline Pets
MEOW! What they’re really saying is, “Meat Now!” We’re in great need of both dry and wet cat food for our pet pantry. We rely on donations and currently running low on Cat food. Many of our Food Bank clients have furry pets and we been able to provide food for them.
Whether you own a pet or not, we all pretty much understand that the lives of pets and their owners are deeply linked. For some of our clients at The Community Food Bank @ The Center, the difficulty of keeping their fur companions fed is a challenge, and not necessarily limited to the homeless community, but to the food insecure in general.
Please support us on this efforts by dropping your donations directly at The Center, or using alternative choices like AmazonSmile or Chewy.com delivered to: 1301 N Palm Canyon Dr., 3rd Floor. Palm Springs, CA 92262. Thank Meouw!
Fun Fridays @ The Center!
We are bringing the fun again to The Center this Friday by throwing some "creative shade" to see who nails it and snatch the crown of the shadiest in town. Although throwing shade can have a negative connotation, we expect embracing it in a positive way carrying a sense of humor and irony, and not to be taken too self-seriously ?
Let us see how you own this week’s theme by sharing a Fun Friday pic on our Fun Friday Facebook post, and use the hashtags #centerfunfriday and #thecenterps on your favorite social channels so we can follow the fun!
