Keller Williams - Gerald Green

A resident of the Coachella Valley since 1989 I became a Realtor after a 25 career in the travel / hospitality industry. I specialize in residential, second home and vacation properties in Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Desert.

In my experience, a home isn't a dream home because of its room dimensions. It's about how you feel when you walk through the front door, and the way you can instantly envision your life unfolding there.

This is about more than real estate - it‘s about your life and your dreams.

Weather you are looking to sell your current home, or purchasing a home to relocate, I want to be the real estate professional to help you. I work with each of my clients individually, taking the time to understand their unique needs and lifestyle, and I want to do the same for you.

It's incredibly fulfilling to know I am helping my clients open a new chapter of their lives. That's why I work so hard to not only find that perfect buyer or home, but also to handle every last detail of the sale process, from negotiating the terms of sale to recommending moving companies.

Originally from Mexico, Raul has lived in the Coachella Valley for almost two decades and brings more than just an authentic taste! From Artistic endeavors, Hospitality Management and Event Planning, Raul is thankful and thrilled to join

The Center’s vision in creating a more vibrant community.
Raul enjoys meditation, nature, pooches, avocados, and rocking women’s clothes!

Do everything with grace, be the expression of love, and spread laughter one smile at a time.

Shine Bright!

More about Marco and the technology used to create this Virtual Tour:

The Matterport camera creates a complete 3D digital representation of a real-world interior space, providing the ability to explore it as if being there in person. Because it can be viewed on nearly any device, interacting with this data is very easy.

The camera’s various lenses record multiple HDR images, which are then stitched together into a final, virtual model, and can be toured on any computer or mobile device as a Floor plan, Dollhouse, or as a 3D Tour from a preassigned starting location.

Marco Carocari has been a full time photographer for over twenty years, and recently relocated to the desert from Zurich, Switzerland. Specializing in Architecture, Real Estate, Portrait and Beauty photography, his work has appeared internationally in coffee table books, advertisements, professional journals, and catalogs.
