More about Marco and the technology used to create this Virtual Tour:

The Matterport camera creates a complete 3D digital representation of a real-world interior space, providing the ability to explore it as if being there in person. Because it can be viewed on nearly any device, interacting with this data is very easy.

The camera’s various lenses record multiple HDR images, which are then stitched together into a final, virtual model, and can be toured on any computer or mobile device as a Floor plan, Dollhouse, or as a 3D Tour from a preassigned starting location.

Marco Carocari has been a full time photographer for over twenty years, and recently relocated to the desert from Zurich, Switzerland. Specializing in Architecture, Real Estate, Portrait and Beauty photography, his work has appeared internationally in coffee table books, advertisements, professional journals, and catalogs. Contempo Lending

Contempo Lending is a local Palm Springs Mortgage Broker specializing in all types of Residential Lending.  In today’s lending world it’s more important than ever to have a mortgage specialist to sit down with and discuss your personal situation and mortgage options.  We can help everyone from first time home buyers, less than perfect credit buyer, and the savviest of real estate investors.  While some people think you pay more by going through a broker the fact is that we can get you better rates and save you money on your closing costs.  While most direct banks offer you only their products which many times require the perfect borrower scenario, at Contempo Lending we deal with many different lenders so we can shop and find you the best programs and rates available.  Some of our clients often think they would not be qualified for a loan due to previously being turned down by other lenders.  We either help them into their dream home or at least set them up on a plan to buy in the very near future.  We are qualified mortgage specialists that can sit with you to make sure you understand your options and the process.  There are still many other programs available that the average consumer is not aware of.  Below is just a partial list of some the more popular programs still out there:

$1·         FHA you can still buy with as little as 3.5% down.  There are still down payment assistance.

$1·         VA Loans you can still do 100% financing and in some cases even include all your closing cost.

$1·         USDA loans you can still do 100% financing in many desert cities.

$1·         Homepath Programs with as little as 3% down.

$1·         Renovation loans can get you up to $30,000 with as little as 3% down on Homepath properties or 3.5% with FHA loans.

$1·         Jumbo programs available are still available.  You can even qualify using only your assets and little income.

Many people think they can not possible qualify for a home loan in today’s complicated lending world.  Just because you’re a first home buyer or self employed doesn’t mean you can’t qualify.  One of the most fulfilling parts of our job is to work with our borrowers and get them into the right loan for them and their dream home.

A director is desperate to find an actress to play the lead in the classic sadomasochistic tale  Venus in Fur . Into the audition walks a vulgar and equally desperate actress with a strange command of the material. As they work through the script, they blur the line between play and reality, entering into an increasingly serious game of submission and domination that only one of them can win. A mysterious, funny, erotic drama that represents yet another departure for the multifaceted David Ives.
