Program Description | These are challenging times to figure out just how to meet and date. The desire for connection is confounded by the need to stay safe. This discussion group is an opportunity for gay men to get together in a safe space to talk about our challenges, possible solutions and coping strategies. This is NOT a dating or meet-up group. This is NOT a therapy group. |
Instructor Name | Dr. Arlen Leight |
Instructor Biography | Dr. Leight is a licensed psychotherapist and board certified clinical sexologist with over 20 years of private practice experience in the gay community. His educational and professional credentials include a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from The Johns Hopkins University, a Masters in Psychiatric Social Work from The Catholic University of America, a Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training certificate from The American University and a Doctorate in Clinical Sexology from Maimonides University. Also he is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California, Florida, and Massachusetts. Lectured extensively on gay relationship issues, and author of the book Sex Happens: The Gay Man’s Guide to Creative Intimacy. |
